What are the shipping costs?

Netherlands parcel: €6.95.

Belgium package: €9.50.

Do you order above €45? Then you pay no shipping costs within the Netherlands.

What countries does Nautic Needs ship to?

Nautic Needs ships orders only to the Netherlands and Belgium.

By which carrier will my order be delivered?

All packages are sent via MyParcel with Post NL.

When will I receive my order?

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days*. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a track & trace code.

*Please note this is only an indication that may vary from reality. This depends on current busy times of postal and parcel services.

You can instantly see the current stock for each product.

How can I pay for my order?

At Nautic Needs you can pay online with iDeal, Paypal or KBC/CBC. This payment option is only available for orders within the Netherlands. During the ordering process you can directly make the payment in the familiar and secure environment of your bank.

Exchanges and returns

Can I return my order?

Of course! You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. Please note, the cost of return is at your own expense. Follow the return procedure and return your product within 14 days. Upon receipt of the returned items, the purchase price plus shipping costs will be refunded within 14 days. The return costs are - as mentioned before - for your own account. When a return does not arrive to us, we ask you to provide a proof of shipment.

What is the return procedure?

Returning an order is easy and quick. To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. Through My Parcel's track & trace portal, you can easily order, pay for and download a return label. You can reach this portal by clicking on the link in the Shipping Confirmation you received by e-mail. In the portal itself, click on the button "Download return label". Then follow the steps on the screen. If you use this return service you can pay directly via iDeal to receive the return label. The return is sent via My Parcel to the address which will automatically be printed on the label. You do not need to make any changes.

    Does this not work, or do you no longer have the Shipping Confirmation? Send an email to webshop@nauticneeds.nl , we will create a return label for you that you will receive by email.

  2. Print out the return label and paste it over the old address label.
  3. Pack the order properly, using the original packaging.
  4. Deliver the package to a PostNL service point near you.
I received a damaged item, now what?

Although every order is packaged and shipped with great care, the occasional item may not make it through the shipping process unscathed.

Is an item damaged? Please report this damage within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can send an e-mail to webshop@nauticneeds.nl for this purpose. Please include the following information in your email damage report:

  • the order number
  • a description of damaged product

We also need the following photos to properly process a claim:

  • photo(s) of the damaged item
  • picture of the shipping package
  • photo of the protective and padding material used

Only fully submitted claims can be handled by Nautic Needs. Once your damage report is received by email, you will hear what we can do for you within 5 business days. A good solution will come!
