The Original.
The original livescope rod mount has only 2 sections. The top section is an adjustable aluminum handle and the second section is 48 inches of adjustable aluminum. Up to 72 inches fully extended without the handle. If you want the terrain option, the extension piece is available separately. The PVC extension is for all terrain and the aluminum extension is for extra length and strength.
The All-Terrain.
The All-Terrain livescope attachment is a three-part rod. The top part is an adjustable aluminum handle that you can extend and shorten, the middle part is 36 inches of aluminum that allows you to extend or shorten the rod, and the bottom part is made of 24 inches of PVC for extra flexibility from the other direction. Up to 60 inches fully extended without the handle. Both options ensure that the livescope rod can take a beating and return to its normal state without damaging the transducer.
